Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in North Carolina usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 4β10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (980) 495-2253. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is yuntanikkei.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Yunta is a great restaurant that provides an atmosphere that is lively and polished. If you sit at the bar you have a wonderful view of all the action happening in the kitchen. I started with the salmon nigiri and steak nigiri and enjoyed a Pisco Sour they used chicha Morada alongside them. The salmon nigiri uses salmon belly and had a refreshing flavor from the lemon zest and a really nice textural contrast from the Krispy quinoa. The steak nigiri had a really good flavor but was a little chewy for my liking. The drink was perfect for the food. For my next course I had the Hamachi taradito with leche de Tigre, avocado, and jalapeno and it all worked so well together to create a bright fresh slightly spicy flavor. After that I enjoyed their chocolate dessert that the bartender recommended. It had a lucuma filling. The fruit filling tasted like a mix of sweet potato and butterscotch and was nice alongside their carajillo. Overall it was a great meal and I'm looking forward to bringing some friends.

I travel a lot, so believe me when I said, this restaurant was superb. The quality of service was beyond my expectations. The food superior quality and the drinks were delicious. I sat at the bar but I was quickly acknowledged by the barmaid. I ordered a Panna water and a Chucha morada Pisco sour. It was amazing. My water kept full all the time, never empty. My lomo saltado was different from what Iβve tasted before but it was delicious. I end up with a Baileyβs on the rock and churros which of course was delicious. They have an open kitchen in which is a well oiled machine. It was busy but my plates came out on a timely manner. I highly recommend this place. Free parking.

Peruvian fusion cuisine at its finest. Every dish was beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious, with stunning presentation and vibrant colors that made each plate even more appetizing. Sharing the meal with friends allowed us to try a variety of dishes, and every single one was impressive and full of surprises. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended!

Overall, the food was very tasty and definitely worth trying. We ordered the jalapeΓ±o crudo, octopus & squid ceviche, the salmon dish, and the hamachi with soy ponzu sauce. Each dish was unique in its own way, offering unexpected flavors that really stood out. They were also surprisingly filling! The wait staff was attentive and did a great job. We chose to sit outside, which Iβm glad we did β the inside had more of a dance-style vibe with louder music and dim lighting, which just isnβt quite our scene. The outdoor seating made for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. Would recommend if youβre looking for creative dishes and bold flavors. π£β¨

Everything is exceptional at Yunta. Grabbed a very early reservation since they book up quickly. Looked like there were a decent amount of seats at the bar for walk in if you get there early. We enjoyed every item we ordered and every bite made me want to order more. The omakase is a must. Didnβt take any pictures of the cocktails because they disappeared quickly. Itβs the type of meal you think about long after you have left. Will be back to try every single dish!
